Did They Stop?

Did they stop,;did they care? Did they even notice me there?

Well, I was, but not for long because I was feeling not so

strong. But I knew if I stayed, I’d fall asleep for a hundred

days, but now here I am in your arms, hoping that time

will stand still for me and you. Never to be bothered again

And that’s how things will stay, for tomorrow and ever

a day.
