Who Scored The Goal?

Who scored the goal? Who hit the ball?

And where was the keeper? Had he fallen

Asleep, or did the ball slip between his

Feet? Whatever happened, we’ll never

Know. But at least we scored and that just

Went to show that we were the best team

And we definitely stole the show.

And it finished 4-0.  What a thrill. Even the

Crowd had plenty to cheer, then they went

For a beer. And what about the opposition?

They all went home after coming nowhere
