Here I am again. Most of you know me as Ken,
but I could be anybody – the man from Mars who
only drives fast cars or the man on the bus who is
never in a rush or maybe I’m that person you
meet on the street, who looks ever so neat. But
whoever I am, I know very well that I don’t come
from Siam, but a town north of Birmingham, and
no, I don’t support West ham!
