I was living my life with nothing to do and nowhere
to go, nothing to show – until you came along – not
just to sing me a song but to show me life was worth
more, allowing me to change my days, to let my
dreams come true. So all I can say is, what would I
have done without a friend like you? I’d have stayed
as I was, travelling nowhere fast and living a life that
would never last. But surely that is now in the past?
